Custom Cookie Cutters

   The cost of the cookie cutter depends on several factors:

1. Quantity - how many of the same shape do you want?
2. Dimensions - smaller cookie cutters typically cost less than larger ones
3. Complexity - simple shapes tend to cost less than more complex shapes
4. Material - We use 2 materials, PLA plastic for our 3d printed cookie cutters, and alloy-steel for our metal cookie cutters. Cost varies between the two.
5. Design - Are we designing the shape for you, or will you be providing the outline of the shape for us?

Prices below are estimates for a simple, 3" - 4" size.

3d Printed Plastic

1. Set up fee - $25 one-time set-up fee

   10 ($3.75 ea)
   25 ($3.65 ea)
   50 ($3.25 ea)
   100 ($3.10 ea)
   200 ($3.00 ea)
   500 ($2.75 ea)
3. Design Services - Add $35 for each unique shape if we are designing shape from scratch
4. Lead Time - Usually 7-10 days to complete the project. Allow more time for quantities of 200 or more.
   

 Metal Alloy Steel

1. Tooling Fee - $400 - $1,500 depending on the size and complexity (Why so expensive? A tooling-mold has to be built in order to bend the strip-steel around the pattern. This is a costly process.)

3. Cutting depth - appx 1" (we cannot customize the cutting depth)
4. Lead Time - Please allow 2-3 weeks for most simple shapes.
