RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund. 

Can I return my order? 

In most cases, yes. Returns are accepted in accordance with the following:

  • Contact us within 7 days from the time you received your order.
  • Please use packing material to ensure the product is not damaged. Product that has been damaged on the return trip will not qualify for refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We cannot accept returns on food items.
  • We cannot accept returns on special orders (high volumes of 200 or more shapes).
  • Include a copy of your original invoice.
  • We do not issue RMA (returned merchandise authorization) numbers.
  • Use a trackable means of return shipping.
  • You may be charged a 10% restocking fee.


If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within 7 days from the time you received your order will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped?

  • Yes, however; you must contact us within 24 hours or sooner


Claims: 

Shortages and damages must be reported to OTBP within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

If your order was lost in transit or not received, we need to be contacted within 60 days from the time your order was shipped. Beyond the 60 day limit, we will not be able to offer a product or shipping charge refund.
